The Effects of Grounding:
The most immediately noticeable effect people report from being grounded is that they ‘feel better’.  This has been described as a feeling of greater peace within themselves, feeling calmer with reduced stress levels.  If there is pain present then often this is reduced or disappears completely.
People who notice negative effects from using computers or other electrical equipment report a reduction or elimination of these effects when grounded.

This is a universal grounding / earthing sheet or 'bed pad' for grounding while sleeping. It is a 100% cotton half sheet with soft, yet durable conductive silver fibres woven throughout the material – in total each sheet contains nearly 1/3 mile of silver.
The sheet measures 305cm x 90cm (120" x 35"). This is big enough to fit across the bottom half of any size mattress, with ample tuck length. The sheet can also be used fitted length-ways from top to bottom covering the whole mattress. The actual conductive area is 201cm x 90cm (79" x 35") with a non-cotton tuck under of 52cm (20.5") on each side.
Colour is natural cotton (off-white). Towards the edge of the sheet is a connection stud where the connection cord fits.
Direct skin contact with the sheet is required for optimal use, so the sheet should be placed on top of your normal sheet.
This product set includes everything you need for use: the earthing sheet, a 4.6m (15ft) connection cord and the Earth connection plug.
【WASHING AND CARE INSTRUCTIONS】It is good to wash your Earthing product.  It will not be harmed by washing, in fact it is beneficial.  Washing strips body sweat and natural skin oils from the silver keeping it conductive.
【DOs】Wash every week or two. Wash in a washing machine with warm water (40°C / 105°F). Use a liquid laundry detergent. Line dry or dry in a dryer on low (up to 65°C / 150°F). Can be ironed on a low heat if desired.
【DON'Ts】Don't wash with bleach. Don't wash with fabric softeners. Don't use whitening detergents, oxi-detergents OR detergents with oils like lavender or coconut oil. Don't use dryer sheet fabric softeners. Don't dry clean.
【ADVICE】Bleach, lotions and oils can tarnish the silver rendering it non conductive.  Fabric softener builds up on the silver and also ruins its conductive properties. Wait one hour to use the product after applying lotion to the skin.
