How to use ear candles at home?
It is advisable to be done by a second person.

1. Before start, place a glass of water within reach to be ready to extinguish the burning ear candle later.
2. Lie down on one side comfortably with the support of a pillow.
3. Light up the wide end and place the other end gently into the external ear hole.
4. When the ear candle is burnt to have about two inches left, carefully remove and
extinguish it in the glass of water standing by.
